2 /5 Desiree Lucchese: I have been going to Jade Nails for several months. I have mostly been happy with the nails outcome, even though at first the quality was not right. I then found out a very experienced staff and stuck with her. I accepted the challenges with booking, the general lack of interest and care in good customer services as my intent to support local businesses, and understand others’ circumstances with empathy, takes precedence. So I thought. Upon my last visit, however, the nail specialist was particularly rough. She was very effective and precise but, unfortunately, she filed my flesh - to which she apologised - and the finger has been hurting since. It’s not a cut yet it hurts. This last visit made me reflect that rudeness and lack of care are not necessary, especially in a service business. The experience of going to a salon should be pleasant, calming, perhaps simple. I will not return to Jade and I’m already relieved the booking at the next nail salon was easy and welcoming.

1 /5 scarlett straford: have never been treated so awfully. My friend and I came in today to get our nails done and where sat waiting for 3 hours. We where left with half finished nails for so long. My friends finger is cut and bleeding. My nail polish would not dry and was done so unevenly, and i was blamed for their poor application?! We tried to communicate what we where unhappy with and we where shut down and blamed for their mistakes and bad service. Agressive and rude. After 3 hours we had to leave with unfinished nails and where refused refund. Absolutely apalled. Not to mention they kept accepting customers when they only had 3 workers, and couldnt serve anyone within the time they gave. I expect full compensation

5 /5 Hayley Crymble: came in for sns with tips and my partner got a mans manicure. received excellent service and the staff were very lovely! the nail artist helped me pick a nail shape and gems when i couldn’t decide. was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they were too in comparison to other salons i’ve been to. I’m obsessed with my gorgeous nails!! i will definitely be back soon.

1 /5 Ellen Mcnamara: It has been 4 months and I am still growing out the damage done from this salon. I went to get my gel polish removed. The nail tech soaked my nails for 30 seconds max and removed the polish with a drill only. My nails were drilled so far down that it started to hurt. I had bleeding underneath my nails, and they receeded.
