Therapist was thorough and did a good job but I felt tricked into staying for an extra session.. instead of treating across my chin and lower lip as requested she only did one side higher up so I had no choice than to pay for an additional 15 minutes to even up the other side as it hadnt been touched. It would have been nice if she could have spent just a few minutes more to treat the few obvious hairs left along the jaw as well as goodwill considering how much I paid
