1 /5 maddie Zuker: the worst experience of my life. not only do they charge a fortune but we had the rudest encounter with vivien and tina. the place was messy and dusty, however my nails turned out great! beautiful colour and shaping is perfect! if you’re willing to pay double for sns with tips (extra per mm of length) then i would recommend, but there are places with the same quality nails who are 100 x nicer and cheaper just around the corner

1 /5 Mira Ross: Do not go to this salon My shellac chipped after less than 24 hours - came in to fix it the next day and the lady used a different colour than the number I picked for my nails and gaslighted me into saying I forgot the colour number - but really she just picked any colour she wanted that was a close match and then forgot which one it was and said the bottle is changing colour !?! Refused to redo the whole set as the new colour - so now I’m walking around with one nail that’s a completely different undertone. Not happy awful customer service - ladies are too unbothered to redo them all to match. See images

5 /5 Tammy Truong: My nail technician was incredibly skilled and attentive, she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, and both turned out flawless. Definitely recommend!

1 /5 Aesha Lamperd: Got SNS with tips, was charged a ridiculous amount of money, plus $5 for an extra millimetre of length. They told us a cheaper price when we called to book and were beyond rude the entire service. If you want to get your nails done in this area there an about 5 nail salons on the same shopping strip for half the price and a much more positive experience. Vivienne was discraceful to deal with although Helen was lovely. The actual salon was disguating, there were nail clippings on the floor around me. Nails ended up uneven lengths so weren’t even good.
