5 /5 Miriam Perets: Mahi was amazing: this was my first time getting my lashes done, I was initially quite hesitant but the moment I walked in Mahi had such a calm and welcoming energy, it made me feel really comfortable. Lashes were exactly how I wanted it to look like. She listened and worked on me with such grace. Thank you Mahi!

1 /5 K: In summary: - Unprofessional staff (talking to her friend showing her pictures of her car and her partner’s brother’s house) - Seats are stained and had hair on them from previous services - Expect basic customer service if charging $32 for a brow thread I went at 10am on a Saturday morning. It was not busy. There was staff member (brunette with lip filler) talking to a friend. She had her back to the door when I walked in so she did not acknowledge me. I stood there for about a minute. By the time she turned around she looked at me and said “take a seat”. She didn’t greet me or ask me what I wanted, eg “hi how are you? how can I help you today?”. I took a seat. I noticed the seats were slightly stained and had hair on them from previous treatments. The brunette then proceeded to walk her friend to the door and stand in the door of the store talking to her friend showing her photos of her new car she got yesterday, and then showing pictures of her partner’s brother’s house. I waited for about 3-5 minutes and then left because it was clear there was not attempt to wrap up the conversation between the staff member and her friend. If that were my business, I would want to know how clients were treated by staff, especially at a new location. I won’t be back to try their services, no matter how convenient and close to home.

2 /5 Miss Spence: Very unprofessional service, the lady was chewing gum, didn’t even smile when I walked in. She was sitting in the corner on her phone. Didn’t even get a “hi how can I help you”. I felt like she was bothered that I was there. Bad attitude. Everything she did was with a huff and totally not engaging with me at all. Plus it was $35 for brow threading which seems steep. She did an okay job but I will never go back.

5 /5 Eilish Sheerin: I love Lotik! The only team I trust in Melbourne with my brows. The team there is alway so efficient, the staff are friendly and accomodating, but most importantly they always nail my brow shape and tint! Plus, the shop is beautiful! Cannot recommend their services more highly.
