Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
