5 /5 Janelle Joy: Absolutely amazing experience at Delilah! The staff were warm and friendly. Mr. D was phenomenal! Ive never had a curly cut before and was anxious, but Mr. D was fabulous, he took his time and was reassuring! My curls are looking amazing. Thank you so much! Cant wait to come back :)

1 /5 Joanna Hall: It’s taken a while to write this because it’s so hard however so important. My daughter came for a cut, first time there and very nervous. We booked the quick appointment. We indicated the less that is taken the happier we will be. The man who was cutting used the scissors 3 times with little snips on loose knots mid way from the scalp. These knots would have come out with ease with just a few seconds. I watched and trusted he knew what he was doing. Im kicking myself. When she came home to shower 3 huge chunks of hair came out , clean cut chunks back, side and just off centre. So so sad. This was only her third time getting a cut. Obviously did not understand thin mix race coils Ekk so so bad. Take the warning and think twice
