1 /5 sofia B: I never usually leave reviews and I have been to Kim’s a few times and always left happy but today I left Kim’s with my hair looking horrendous. First of all she let someone who doesn’t usually cut hair do mine because she was busy. I had also called earlier to make sure there was room for me I would have been happy to wait till tomorrow so Kim could do it. I could tell the other lady wasn’t sure how to cut my hair but I was nervous to say anything and it’s not my job to do so. I showed her I only wanted a small amount cut off and she took off about double from what I asked and my hair is completely uneven. Kim then finished off with the front pieces and i asked if it wouldn’t be short, its short. She also dried the front but left the back completely wet. When you paying someone to do your hair it’s expected that someone who knows how to cut does it and also making sure you have the time to dry the hair and leave your customer feeling good. I know hair grows back but my hair looks so bad I’m really disappointed

Kim, Amy and the team are all so lovely, which is evident in how many loyal and adoring regulars they’ve attracted over the years. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and it’s always been amazing value. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
