1 /5 Alina Thorn: Rushed job- 10 minutes on my pedicure and walked away with dirt still trapped under my nails. My friend has bubbles on the surface of her nails. The rushed job she provided is annoying because I booked in advance - and the business was still accepting walk-ins despite obviously being unable to accomodate a quality service for a customer who pre-booked. My advice for customers: go elsewhere. My advice for business owner: focus more on quality service, over quantity of service provided.

1 /5 pinja100: Went with some girlfriends for a nice Sunday mani pedis. We were in there for 2.5 hours and I only had my toes done. Understaffed and very horrible communicating the delay. Other customers were prioritised. I gave up on my nails as it was taking too long. So sat there for 2.5 hours and only had shellac done for toes… Just be honest with how long it’ll take. After a day 2 of the 4 of us had something go wrong with the work that was done, shellac came off / not dry so had damage. Personally My first pedicure and not a great experience.

1 /5 Laura O donnell: Rude, the woman who did my nails wouldn’t even look at me and had to repeatedly ask her to redo each step of my pedicure as she couldn’t be bothered! Also kept speaking to herself in her own language. Very strange experience, avoid if you want a pleasant experience and a proper manicure

1 /5 Diana Paola Yopasa Ramirez: The staff it’s not so friendly. There is one of them that is rushing all the time. She made me feel so scared and my nails were awful. It’s so weird when they ignore you and they are only speaking in their language. I threw my money and time. I got so frustrated because they charged me a lot for the worst experience.

4 /5 Catherine Robertson: I had a pedicure shellac and was pleasantly surprised based on the reviews I read while I was there. I was pleased that they line the foot tub for each new client. Seemed a great idea for hygiene. The girl who looked after my nails although she didn’t create conversation she was polite and answered my questions. I would come back here again if visiting Melbourne.
