1 /5 P O (O P): Zero stars! Went for a simple eyebrow threading and the owner Nav Kaur cut my eyebrow inward which left a spot. When I asked her first she denied it, then her narrative changed when I pointed it out repeatedly. Then her story changed to, there was a pimple there so the scissors slipped- which is a lie as you can clearly see in the picture there is no pimple. To rectify the mistake which she now owned, she did two rounds of eyebrow tinting which by the way did nothing to rectify the mistake as there is no hair there to stain. My first time here, definitely never coming back. Please use this service at your own risk.

5 /5 Adrian Andrighetto: I would like to share my experience at the newly opened Hair Salon in Hamilton Street, Craigieburn. I was handed a QR code for CHD Hair & Beauty by a friend a few weeks ago. Last night after work, I thought I would try my luck at making a last minute A/H booking at 6:45pm. Surprisingly, the actual size of the shop, amount of chairs and the modern design of the brand new fit-out was extremely welcoming. I waited only minutes before I was introduced to Amit (I think hes the owner) and was seated in the chair. The entire area was immaculate. Amit was not rushed, extremely meticulous and delivered a quality haircut. I highly recommend that you experience a quality haircut with an incredible service at a reasonable price with parking at the front door. You will not be disappointed.

1 /5 Rishma Karki: It was too expensive; I paid $75 for a haircut. My hair was already short; I just wanted to touch up and get a bob, but it didn’t turn out as I expected. I wouldn’t go back next time.
