Ayman El saafen Came in for a haircut, staff were very welcoming and had a great conversation with the lady who cut my hair. Great price and very friendly environment. Very knowledgeable and helpful, got some great recommendations and helped me get the right products for my hair and will definitely be coming back. 10/10

Sweta Chauhan I went to Hana for Nanoplasty pro treatment. She was lovely however didnt have a setup for hair treatment or hair wash. I had to stand with my head upside down in laundry basin to get my hair washed. She charged more than others quoted. Insisted to leave the treatment longer for better results but can wash my hair if I wanted. So I opted to leave the treatment. I washed my hair at home and didnt get the result. Contacted her and she said she will fix it. It was very important to wash hair specific way but never gave me any instructions. I live more than 100 mins away from her and asked for refund even if it was half the money and she has stopped responding. She asked me to return however after spending 7 hours to get this treatment I refused to return instead wanted some refund. Please dont go to her for hair treatment. She may be good for skin treatment but doesnt know about nanoplasty. I watched videos for treatment and she did not follow the process at all.

Sangeetha Premkumar Aman who did my eyebrows was so kind and professional. She listened to what I wanted and was very careful and caring at every step. Showed me twice in the mirror what she was going to do before she removed any extra hair. And as a plus her threading didnt hurt at all. Definitely recommended!!
