I met Rose, who claims to be doing electrolysis for the last 30 years and gave me about an hour lecture on her expertise and professionalism and how she is trustworthy...
She talked about how laser hair removal companies just want to make money and dont care about their patients where as she truely cares and is there to help people.
After her sugar-coated statements, we proceeded to a half an hour patch test on the right side of my face (Side burns) where she performed the procedure and it was not too painful ( very bearable). I then booked her for three hours to get my entire face done. In this appointment, she made it so much more painful and extremely unprofessional, I was in so much more pain than last time and she seemed to be just plucking out hair randomly without the electrolysis procedure. She then after two hours got tired I believe, and was just wasting her time randomly plucking hair here and there almost wanting to pass the hour so she could get paid more.. I was having to direct her for an entire hour which hair to treat and point out so many spots she had missed. I still had so much hair left on my face after the 3 hour session! And the results speak for itself as I have very minimal hair growth in the test patch area and the hair-growth so much worst on the rest of the face. This shows how much she really "cares" about her patients... Absolutely unprofessional. Would not recommend this place for anyone.. specially with electrolysis!
