Christine Bicek As always, I had an excellent experience at Santa Ana. I’ve been to Santa Ana in the past when I needed some bodywork looked at. I didn’t realize they also have an auto repair side. I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose to go to Santa Ana. Not only are they professional, and excellent mechanics, they’re extremely friendly, they follow up on the work they’ve done and they don’t try to oversell you anything that you definitely don’t need. As a senior female, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They also arranged a Lyft for me to go home and a Lyft for me to pick up my car. That kind of service goes a long way!

Max Jai Sim I rarely write reviews but Frank was simply too amazing for me to not leave him one. I had a rattling noise in my rear right wheel and Frank addressed it immediately. I highly recommend this spot to anyone and will be bringing my car here for all future services.

Kristine Hansen So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service! Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now! Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs! Jose Gonzalez My son Matthew recommended Master Car Care after they gave him the most honest 40 point inspection. No hard knocks, sells. Just honest. When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor. Don and his team took the time to inspect my car and make honest recommendations on what was needed and the cost was very reasonable as compared to 2 other shops I took my car to. A friend recommended I go to W Houston Auto and now they are the only place I will take my car.

Alina Greiser Absolutely amazing service! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree coming from Austin to Houston. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it back to Austin Monday morning because repair shops were all closing for the weekend in just a couple of hours. I took it in to Rapid Repair Auto Shop and the owner was so understanding and was able to find out what the issue is within the 2 hours they were still open. I have never seen that before in any Auto repair shop I’ve been to. If I could give more than 5 stars I was. Best service I have ever received.

Alex Spoke with Chris and he took very good care of me. He offered me a complementary diagnostic on my vehicle. Originally came in for an issue that was told by another auto repair shop. Chris and his team looked at my vehicle and it turns out the problem was something completely different. Chris was amazing with informing me of the issue and saved me $$$. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Keith Yates I always have such a great experience at Scott’s Auto Repair. They are fast, professional and always honest. I appreciate being able to trust the employees at this location. Not being the most savvy car person it really matters to me that I feel taken care of without trying to take advantage of me. I have found my shop for life. The general manager,Nick, always takes the time to explain things and make sure I’m satisfied. Best repair shop in Houston!!!!

Maddie Poole I’ve been going to Memorial Car Care for four years now, and finding them has truly been one of the biggest blessings. It can be stressful trusting someone with your car, but the team here makes it easy. They’re always transparent about pricing, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or taken advantage of. I’ve mostly worked with Kyle, and I’m so grateful for him. He has the best attitude and is always patient and helpful. No one ever wants to have to get car repairs, but whether it’s an oil change, an air conditioning replacement, or anything in between, they make the experience as smooth as possible. They take the time to explain everything clearly, and even if you don’t know much about cars, they make sure you feel informed and confident. You can tell they genuinely care and want to help. I can’t recommend Memorial Car Care enough. They are simply the best.
