Jose Gonzalez My son Matthew recommended Master Car Care after they gave him the most honest 40 point inspection. No hard knocks, sells. Just honest. When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor. I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube and for the 1st time in years my car didn’t pass inspection.. they never told me i failed/gave me an explanation on why it failed. So i took my car here to auto care unlimited to ask if they could tell me what i needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection. They looked just as confused as i was with the inspection paper jiffy lube gave me. They ran a scan/test on my car and nothing was even wrong with my car. I was in & out within 10 mins. Definitely will be coming here from now on for my auto needs.

Kristine Hansen So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service! Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now! Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs! James Primrose My car had broken down wouldn’t even go into gear. Being a tow truck driver with triple aaa I had towed many people to Car Pro. So I thought I would give them a try. I dropped my Car off on a Saturday being worried it could have been my transmission. Even if it wasn’t my transmission tons of mechanics would just lie and say it was, but not Paul. I got a phone call from Paul at Car pro first thing Monday morning. Didn’t have to call in once to see it what was going on with my car. Paul figured out the problem in no time. Gave me a fair pricing and excellent customer service through out the process. My A/C was out on my car too as wel. I thought they did such and excellent job I asked what the price was to fix everything and it couldn’t have been more fair!!!! I see now why people come here, and I definitely can say Paul at Car pro is who I am going to come too if I ever have any more problems. I 100% recommend these guys! Very honest, very dependable!

dj Johnson Im telling you I have been going there for years my mom my sister and today I took my car again thought it was something else. They were honest enough tell me what the problem was. They could have charged me if they wanted to but they were honest. I appreciate the honesty thats why I go there because they fix what needs to be fixed aint no extra bull crap. Customer for life
