Jose Gonzalez My son Matthew recommended Master Car Care after they gave him the most honest 40 point inspection. No hard knocks, sells. Just honest. When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor. Shane Zell I have been here twice now for issues with my car over the years. Both times they have been quick at getting it repaired and it has been cheaper than I had imagined. I will be coming back here again in the future when the need may arise.

dj Johnson Im telling you I have been going there for years my mom my sister and today I took my car again thought it was something else. They were honest enough tell me what the problem was. They could have charged me if they wanted to but they were honest. I appreciate the honesty thats why I go there because they fix what needs to be fixed aint no extra bull crap. Customer for life

I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube and for the 1st time in years my car didn’t pass inspection.. they never told me i failed/gave me an explanation on why it failed. So i took my car here to auto care unlimited to ask if they could tell me what i needed to get fixed in order to pass inspection. They looked just as confused as i was with the inspection paper jiffy lube gave me. They ran a scan/test on my car and nothing was even wrong with my car. I was in & out within 10 mins. Definitely will be coming here from now on for my auto needs.

Stephanie All right I gotta tell you guys this place is super legit. The customer service here is outstanding they go far and beyond what any mechanic would ever do. From calling you a ride to bring you back home after towing your vehicle to their shop, to doing a full diagnostics of your entire car telling you exactly what needs to happen with a game plan for execution. Ive worked Keith and Amanda who have both been extremely helpful with all of my silly questions.Though I did pay a shiny penny for the services, I feel like it was completely worth it because I totally feel safe driving my now reliable car with the support I have from RMS.All of the work that I have had done with them is warranted which means if something happens I can bring it back to fix or replace. I’d also like to mention they had my car done within the day which is unheard of. I think it’s hard in the city of Houston to find a mechanic that you truly trust and I will not be going anywhere else to service my vehicle as long as I live in Houston.
