missy jones 2012, Toyota Highlander needed control arms replaced brought it in for an inspection and they took care of it and identified the struts were a problem as well. The team was honest, professional, extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. They fit me in for urgent repairs and now my vehicle is safe and riding amazingly. I am glad I found Rays.

Eva White I have been going to him for 18 years he is very reasonable and professional and he checks your vehicle before he do anything to it and give you the price on how much it costs and most of the time you can get your vehicle back the same day just depends what time you take it there l really like them l will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Stephanie All right I gotta tell you guys this place is super legit. The customer service here is outstanding they go far and beyond what any mechanic would ever do. From calling you a ride to bring you back home after towing your vehicle to their shop, to doing a full diagnostics of your entire car telling you exactly what needs to happen with a game plan for execution. Ive worked Keith and Amanda who have both been extremely helpful with all of my silly questions.Though I did pay a shiny penny for the services, I feel like it was completely worth it because I totally feel safe driving my now reliable car with the support I have from RMS.All of the work that I have had done with them is warranted which means if something happens I can bring it back to fix or replace. I’d also like to mention they had my car done within the day which is unheard of. I think it’s hard in the city of Houston to find a mechanic that you truly trust and I will not be going anywhere else to service my vehicle as long as I live in Houston.
