I followed his directions and.... WALLAH!!!! Works like a charm! Literally saved me hundreds!! Honest, professional service! Thank you guys AGAIN! 3rd visit to this shop... They go out of their way for complete customer satisfaction!!

Billy Had a problem with my Suburban not blowing warm air and these guys had it diagnosed in minutes! They also replaced some shocks for me, not to mention that they took my truck in immediately and provided excellent service! After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake. John Winterburn I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the body work at Marks First, Mark, the owner, is great to deal with. Hes very personable, and a pleasure to talk to. Hes very clear in what needs to be done and how hell do it. There is no extra built into the estimate. Second, the work was done on time and within the estimate. He used the highest quality materials and it shows. Third, the work was outstanding. The paint all matched perfectly, on a 7 year old truck with 120,000 miles. The hood/fender Lines matched perfectly all the way front to back. You cant tell there was ever any damage. If you want the highest quality work at an affordable price, this is the place! This is business as it used to be, and still is, in a small town!

Vico Had been dealing with persistent ABS issues after a previous vendor failed to come through. Fortunately, this shop came through when I needed it most. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly sourced a replacement part. They got everything taken care of fast and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent service and great customer support

joseph deleonardis They always treat me really well and are really honest about what maintenance needs to be done. Their input is always based on the inspection report and not maintenance periodicities like a dealership would. Sometimes the work will take longer than expected because of waiting for a bay to pull your car but it’s not a big deal just take the shuttle and wait at home or work. As long as I’m in San Antonio I’ll always ask them to do the work for me.

Benjamin I just want to give a huge thank you to J & C Auto Services, they provided incredible service. The mechanics here are trustworthy and super reliable and go above and beyond with there services, I couldnt be happier. I brought my car here because it was making a loud cranking and popping noise in the front drivers side of the tire area when driving. J & C was able to get me in quickly and performed a diagnostic and found the issue right away. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and with informing me what it would take to get it fixed. They performed the work same day and I was able to pick up my car before they closed. This is the only auto repair shop that I will take my vehicle to. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that has reliable and trustworthy mechanics that wont try to upsell you on anything or rip you off but that are good people and care about helping you fix your situation, this is the place to go without question! I will definitely be coming back to have more work done in the future if I need it, thanks again J & C Auto Services!

ben russell They are good on pricing ... Very knowledgeable on whats wrong with your car. And get it done RIGHT the first time . I recommend them to everyone that ask Ms about a mechanic.. I take all my cars to them . They are very trustworthy. Ty guys .
