5 /5 Alejandro Castañeda: Took my Audi Q5 for a normal check Up and an Oil change, ever since then it hasn’t let a single drop! This shop is always honest and get’s the Job DONE RIGHT! When I went to a different place one time to get an oil change they said it was leaking and tried to sell me a NEW OIL PAN!! Left me leaking oil all over the place! The Guys here just told me the plug was loose! WOW! Honest Shop and The Work is always done in a Timely Manner. Always my recommendation in Denton!

1 /5 Greg Anthony: I hope the owners of Done Right Automotive sees this post. They have the worst mechanics I have ever seen. Let me explain it started last year. First we took my 2016 Chevy Traverse to them to check the Air conditioner cause it was not working so they did a test on it and said it was the large ac hose that was leaking so we ordered one it came in we took it up there and once they got it all apart. They told us it was the small so we had to send the long one back and had to ordered the small one. So we had to have them install a large one also when they was in there they noticed a motor mount was broken so they replaced it more money. But the forgot to tighten it up and it was jerking really hard. So we had to wait more time and sit there and wait for the car. So they put everything back together. So let me explain what happened next. So the AC was working and then all of a sudden it quit working again.So once again we had to take it back up to Done Right they did a test on the AC and they said it was spraying freon every where.soi when and got a second opinion on it and the place I took it to found the problem right off the bat .The long hose that they replaced for the AC they forgot to tighten the bolt up and thats why it was leaking. So folks I would be very careful if you take your car there. I had to get a new compressor because of the stupidness of the mechanics that worked on the car .
