1 /5 Samuel Brent: They literally double booked me and I have work today!!! Wtf I always show up early at least 20 minutes and always have to wait. But I see all their plaques on the wall for the drs hitting and exceeding metrics like really?!? This is not sales or retail they are killing it in metrics.. with allowing us only 15min visits. I paid 33k for colonoscopy they literally couldnt find my bleeding hemorrhoids and yet I bleed daily from it.. this is malpractice!!! BEWARE OF ALL UTMB

1 /5 Suzanne TIndall: Dont waste your time or $. The providers cannot write prescriptions. Not sure why? They dont do any lab work either. One thing they can do is charge you for it. They charged us $130.00 on site (for basically nothing) and later sent us another bill for $28. Joke! Go somewhere else.

1 /5 Dana Robertson: My husband went to urgent care on a weekend with symptoms of a fever of 103.2 for 3 day chills, and night sweats. The RN was amazing she took vital signs and explained the reason why we wasn’t feeling good. The PA John Monjica came in didn’t wash his hands and was very non caring. The results came back negative on both results of the flu and Covid. I asked him would it be possible to draw labs just to make sure it wasn’t bacterial. He told me no and to go somewhere else. Please don’t waste your time here. If this is healthcare, I don’t want any parts of it. Always have someone else to advocate for your family members, if not the outcome could be poor.

5 /5 chris walters: Excellent care for a sprained foot. Quick x Ray , great service. Maybe consider not making everyone stand and wait to sign up. We are there because we hurt or feel bad. Update: returned with a sick granddaughter and had excellent customer service experience by everyone. The wait here sign must be a weekend thing

5 /5 Margaret Gardner: I was very pleased with my recent experience with Texas Cty UC. From the nurse, Sandra, who first saw me to the NP, Alicia Barren, the staff showed so much care and concern. Paid close attention to me when I was explaining my symptoms and asked lots of questions to really try to narrow things down. Alicia was very clear on what they thought was going on, what they were doing/prescribing and what I should look for that might require a trip to the ER over the next few days. She took the time to call me the next day to check on me and see how I was feeling. And she went over again what I should be looking for that might require a trip to the ER. Really great care.
