Carole Young Medical Facility TDCJ - Dickinson (TX)

Sophie Grunge I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. Youll need your drivers license.

Jennifer Holcomb This was my 4th back surgery and, by far, the best experience I have had. Dr. MacDonald was knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. The office staff are very efficient. I never waited to be seen in the office. I also like the fact that the appointment reminders are sent through e-mail with enough time to cancel if you need to, but not overkill with sending multiple reminders. I will recommend him to anyone who asks me. Thanks again, Dr. MacDonald, and your staff, for a wonderful experience.

Jane Im a 50 year old winter Texan that needed attention for strange symptoms. Dr Ronald Samuel and his office has been very thorough in addressing my issues. Never before have I had an office that has called me as much as this one. The doctor himself even called me after returning from a few days on nightshift. He has obviously spent time outside of my visit thinking of my symptoms and what to do for me. The experience Ive had with him and his office is everything anyone could want from a doctor! I consider myself very lucky to have him on my side!

Terrie Dobard The NP came to see my MIL and was very compassionate and understanding. She took her time to talk to my MIL as she has dementia. She has been more than helpful in every way. I hope to keep Bay Area as our go to Doctor or rather th come to us Doctor. They are great!

Jonathan Byrd I was discharged from Sacred oaks today . After my stay I am in dismay by all the negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I came in with severe debilitating anxiety and depression. My stay was 7 days . I was treated like family from the second I entered the facility, even being in extreme distress upon arrival. The facility and grounds are kept immaculately clean and maintained. The food is very good. This is a place to come to get stabilized and leveled out. They set you up with doctors and therapists to help you succeed upon discharge. It is not a permanent rehabilitation center . There are 4-5 group therapy sessions daily which really help on the road to recovery. The nurses were all very helpful and patient. I want to give a big thank you to all the techs especially Freddie who was the first person I met and helped me remain calm during Intake. Josh , Antoine , Tony , Cleo , and the all of the techs care about each and every patients well-being. They went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay during a time of distress . I left the facility feeling much better and more positive . Thank you everyone at Sacred Oaks !

Chris Kent Our first visit last March with Dr Joseph Ray was great! He is our sons genetics doctor, he was great and very thorough and never made us feel rushed and took his time amd answered all questions. Yesterday we came back to a evaluation with the complex care team, my son was getting over his second ear infection in the past 3 weeks and I just asked if someone could look in his ear and see if it was still infected, there was a piece of wax in the way they said and basically didnt want to deal with, 5 doctors in the room(under Dr Murphy)we had to wait in for 45 minutes for said well we have another appointment to get to and cant hold it up over a ear problem. $116 co pay for that visit and they tell me I need to schedule another appointment with his primary Dr to look at his ear. We drove an hour each way for this visit and there for 3 1/2 hours in a building full of Doctors and nurses and they cant help with my sons ear!
