BIG TRUCK DELIVERY LLC Yvonne and Javi have a well equipped, well run shop. I have taken a few BMWs to them over past few years and have been treated fairly and gotten good work completed for a fraction of dealer cost. If you have a BMW , I recommend this shop. The have all the diagnostic equipment needed and alot of experience.

Melissa schnelle So glad I stopped by Sun Auto to get a quote! I had just left Discount Tire and did not feel comfortable with the outcome. Sam was extremely helpful and got me a quote on the tires I was requesting. He ordered them and we set an appointment to have them put on. I arrived for the appointment and still had questions but all were answered to my satisfaction. I was happy they would advise me on brakes, rotors, oil change and such. I felt comfortable and very much trusted this establishment. My car was ready earlier than I expected and they offered to send a car for me. Customer service is few and far between these days but Sun Auto know how important it is.

Joey Duarte 10/10 experience. Bavarian auto repair wasn’t my first choice of service. I went to Mercedes Blackwood a little up the street next to the wash tub. I paid for a diagnostic and a smoke test. To diagnose my check engine light issue. They recommend replacing my valve cover because my car was leaking oil said it was really bad and some actuator that wasn’t working properly (never saw oil leak on my driveway) I didn’t do the repairs because I didn’t believe them. It’s how they treated me. I didn’t seem like a priority to the guys at Mercedes Blackwood. I was ready to treat my car give it the maintenance it deserves. They just really didn’t take me serious it felt like brushed me off when I was trying to do more to my car or ask about other potential or future issues my car tends to have. I’ve talked to Ralf (didn’t know he was the owner at the time) personally before at my times at the washtub and he told me to bring it by for a FREE VISUAL MULTIPOINT INSPECTION. Once they were able to look at my car they saw the valve cover leak and sent me photos through their very open and up front approach. I knew everything about my car after my time with Bavarian Auto. They never tried to sell me anything that was unnecessary. Now i’m able to enjoy my low mileage 335i :)

Jesus Barbosa After work, my car’s AC gave out and I needed a repair shop fast. I chose Texas Auto Repairs because it was nearby and had solid reviews and I’m glad I did. Despite arriving an hour before closing, the mechanic was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated. A lot of shops now days would have turned me away for showing up late. A part needed replacing, so he ordered it and asked me to come back the next morning. I was able to text the number on his business card, and he responded promptly to let me know when the part arrived. Once I brought my car in, the service was quick and efficient. I’ve already recommended Texas Auto Repairs to my friends, family, and coworkers. Great service from start to finish!

Dawn Rinn These guys are TOP NOTCH!! They did a full check of all my systems and found issues that I was unaware of on top of the problem I came in to fix. Thank goodness they did because my brakes were shot! I found that the bill was entirely reasonable and was happy to pay for their level of knowledge and skill. All the gentlemen I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Victor is THE MAN! Well be coming back in the future for sure.

Lisa Creighton My car messed up on the way home from work on Friday night. I called early Saturday morning and spoke to Jesse. He came over and ran diagnostics on my car. I needed a new coil pack. Jesse went up to the auto parts store and picked up the part brought it back put it on my car. Price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the speed and knowledge that Jesse had. I am not sure if Ive ever been treated that good in an auto garage. I will definitely use Jesse again.

Kerry who answered the phone was so polite helpful and pleasant to talk to. John who diagnosed the issue with my car was honest showed me where the problem was in the car with great detail and pictures. I am so impressed by this business that I would recommend to everyone.
