They have been very professional, honest and genuinely care. I am really happy I found them. Id definitely give them a call.

J P It is extremely difficult nowadays to find an honest and experienced mechanic shop that takes their time to make sure they do their best to diagnose and fix the problem correctly, while giving you options. Ken and Nancy were amazing !! Our jeep had an upper oil pan leak, among other things, because the prior shop we used were neglectful and used the wrong parts. Ken and his team showed us what was done incorrectly and documented their work from start to finish. DO NOT waste your money with anyone else. This shop is legit and you wont be disappointed. Thanks to all at Hillins Auto Repair.

Denise Willems This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

Plus, their prices are reasonable, so you get excellent value for your money. I appreciate that they never leave a customer unattended; it shows they truly care about their clients. Brian West These guys did a great job I have an 2007 FJ Cruiser that I absolutely love and Im constantly putting small upgrades on it that are above my skill level.. I brought it in and gave them these four or five little projects to do and they knocked it out.. I would highly recommend them the team does a great job

Melissa schnelle So glad I stopped by Sun Auto to get a quote! I had just left Discount Tire and did not feel comfortable with the outcome. Sam was extremely helpful and got me a quote on the tires I was requesting. He ordered them and we set an appointment to have them put on. I arrived for the appointment and still had questions but all were answered to my satisfaction. I was happy they would advise me on brakes, rotors, oil change and such. I felt comfortable and very much trusted this establishment. My car was ready earlier than I expected and they offered to send a car for me. Customer service is few and far between these days but Sun Auto know how important it is.

Wayne Ramirez I can’t say enough good things about Sanford Auto Service. My 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost has had issues since I bought it, and I’ve taken it to multiple shops over the years. It would run well at times, but never truly great—until now. When my timing chain went out, I brought it here for a full tune-up. While it was a big repair, they worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. The result? My truck has NEVER run better. It’s been three weeks, and I’ve put it through the test—out-of-town trips, towing, 4WD—and it’s handled everything flawlessly. This is the best it has ever driven. From Tracy in the front office to the mechanics in the back (wish I remembered their names!), everyone was honest, transparent, and dedicated to quality work. I’ve also brought my Tahoe here for some repairs, and that experience was great as well. But the work they did on my F-150 was major, and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic in San Antonio, this is the place.

zeke lozano Aaron was AWESOME! He came out at the last minute and installed a splash shield on my wifes car. His price was unbeatable. I highly recommend him and I already saved his number. John J Great shop -- they took care of an issue I had with my electronice over 6 months. After replacing several parts on my own, they expertly diagnosed and replaced the ecu for a very reasonable cost.
