1 /5 William Bates: They put a new radiator in my car, and asked if there were any other issues they said it was fine. Before I took it back I checked under the hood myself it was missing the radiator cap. Had to wait for them to put a new one on. Then car kept overheating after they said it was fine. I asked for a diagnostic and they could find anything. Probably didn’t want to work on it. Waste of time and money.

1 /5 Lisa Aguilar: Dropped off my car on a Friday at 10 am and told the staff that I would be out of town the entire week expecting to return with car fixed. When I returned 10 days later I was shocked to hear they hadn’t even started on the car repairs yet. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

5 /5 Miguel Galvez: I have used Ricks services countless of times ever since i got my first car in high school (2017) lol! I appreciate the fact that he takes the time to explain the situation. And in return gives you 100% professionalism. Ive always gotten a fair deal. Never had any issues with his work. I highly recommend him and his crew if you need anything mechanically fixed.

1 /5 Jarrett Cross: Do not let these guys work on your car or your families car. They will 100% take advantage of someone that dosent know the mechanics of a modern vehicle. I sent my brother inlaw to the car doctor just for him to be severely over charged for the services rendered and the vehicle sabotaged. This is pretty serious. When questioned about the issues that arose only after they had "repaired" the vehicle, they get confrontational. This is not how you run a business. Ive ran truck shops and equipment shops. Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Beware of who you pay to repair your vehicles. Car doctor has always done me right. Theyve worked in several of my vehicles when I dont have time. But my brother in laws ford explorer, thats another story. He is having to spend thousands of dollars for repairs after they allegedly repaired his suv. I feel bad about because I highly recommended the car doctor. Well, not anymore. I dont know what changed but that is not how you conduct business.

5 /5 Clif Curtis: Tryed them based on reviews, so glad I did. I told them what I thought was wrong with my car based on my Google searches ( I know nothing about cars). The guy took some notes and told me theyd call me in a couple days with a diagnosis. They called back 3 business days later and told me it was something completely unrelated to my Google searches and literally thousands of dollars cheaper. So glad I went to them because they could have really taken advantage of me and I wouldnt even have known.
