We Fix Em - Lufkin (TX)

5 /5 EJane Shelton: My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent. The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too. My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance. My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em. I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues . They are a 5 star auto repair shop.

5 /5 Sammy Kasem: A big shout out to this place! I’ve been here twice, with 2 different vehicles, and both times they have saved me a ton of money by diagnosing the issues CORRECTLY!! This is huge because other places told me they thought it was something else that would’ve cost me sooo much more money and not even fix the problem. Dusty, the mechanic that fixed both of my cars, has been intentional about getting it right and with a surprisingly quick turn around. Sammy - the secretary, and the rest of the staff (I don’t know all of their names) have been kind, courteous, honest and professional. When I find a place I trust, I stick with them and tell others too!! Thank you so much, We Fix Em!! It means a lot!

5 /5 Aaron Diggens: They gave a decent estimate for repair. The repair was completed with no issues following. My only criticism would be keeping the customers informed. When you say you will call, do so. If the repair cost goes above the estimate, contact the customer instead of springing a higher price on them. Otherwise, its pretty decent place for repair.
