5 /5 John Rutledge: These guys went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. I have mostly aftermarket race parts from the engine to the fuel tank. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the proper parts, and get it installed properly. Although Ive never met them, because my truck had to be towed there, they stayed in contact with me, got it right and quick. I appreciate yalls hard work and quick turnaround. If youre vehicle ever breaks down in the lakes area and your needing repairs, I highly suggest getting your vehicle to them. Thank yall.

5 /5 Goodwin demetric: Chris is the best. I cant sing his praises enough. Ive dealt with him for years. I can call and get Chris on the phone and he answers all my questions. If its something he cant do for me, Chris will point me in the right direction. Ive come to him numerous times even for small things like... check out the used car I was looking to buy for my teenage daughter. With no hesitation, Chris drove the car and gave me his honest assessment. Recently, I brought my sons car all the way from Bryan, Tx. because the check engine light was on. Dropped it off and within hours the O2 sensors were replaced and front brakes/ rotors were done. They do excellent work and the prices are more than reasonable. Chris earned my business years ago because he treated me with respect and he never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of as a woman coming into his shop. Thanks Chris for taking care of this old chic. You have a customer for life.

1 /5 Jonathan B.: I paid this Chris $350 to inspect a rebuilt vehicle. I told him my primary concerns were that it would rev to redline and that there were no strange noises. Instead of doing a normal vehicle inspection, Chris took this as an opportunity to do the bare minimum and only run some codes and check that the engine could redline on a short test drive. He didnt take any pictures, claiming it was because I told him I already had photos of the car. It took him a week to send me a report, which turned out to be just a list of codes he pulled using his OBD scanner. Additionally, he failed to notice the uneven body panel gaps, even though I had informed him the car was rebuilt. When I confronted him about the panel gaps, he said you should expect that because the car is rebuilt, this is not true, if someone is told a car is rebuilt they should specifically look for shoddy worksmanship such as panel gaps performed during repair. Chris did look at tires and check dates on those and also mentioned that there was an intermittent check engine light, but didnt bother to mention that an entire piece of carbon fiber was missing from the car. When I received the car I was surprised to see that not only was it not super clean as he had said but it had major body work and panel gaps from poor repairs and an entire missing piece of carbon fiber from the car. The entire point of hiring an independent inspector is that they point easily noticeable things that are wrong with the car, Chris didnt do this and did the bare minimum and for that reason 1 star. I could have done a much better job myself, shame on you Chris. Edit: Uploaded a picture of the missing piece that Chris could not be bothered take a picture of. I will remove this review if Chris refunds me.
