Clif Curtis Tryed them based on reviews, so glad I did. I told them what I thought was wrong with my car based on my Google searches ( I know nothing about cars). The guy took some notes and told me theyd call me in a couple days with a diagnosis. They called back 3 business days later and told me it was something completely unrelated to my Google searches and literally thousands of dollars cheaper. So glad I went to them because they could have really taken advantage of me and I wouldnt even have known.

Harold always has good recommendations when it comes to muffler choices, and always takes the time to make sure it is done right. Price has always been fair. Highly recommend for anyone getting work done in the deep east Texas area.

Travis Allred I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISNT SEEN THESE DAYS. bob stuerke Matt did a great job for us. Our ball joint broke causing our wheel to come off. He came to Trinity and towed it back to his shop in Lufkin. He completed all the repairs at the price he quoted within the time he quoted. He did a great job for us. Its great to find an honest competent mechanic. We highly recommend Scotts Mobile Service.
