K George Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

Carmen X My son introduced me to this Urgent Care back in January of 2021. I keep on getting my care here because of the excellent staff: Syeda, at the front desk, Hamida, NP, Ayesha, MA. They are fabulous! They are courteous, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly. The physician assistant, Muhammad Arshad Bhalli is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring professional. One of the most important things when you are ill and you go to visit a doctors office is that they listen to you, they sympathize and empathize, and not feel rushed; and believe me, they listen. At this point, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to my son Danny for bringing me here when I was ill and thank you Urgent Care of Texas in Plano for your excellent service.

Carollyn Tackett Dr Ranjan is a wonderful physician. She is always attentive to my needs and is a truly kind and caring person. I have been a patient for a number of years and will continue to do so. Additionally , she and her staff are very responsive to messages and promptly return phone calls. Very helpful and caring people !

Dudley Volcansek I experienced superior customer service. When you are having surgery it is so nice when the staff is attentive and accommodating. Sophia is a receptionist that went out of her way to answer questions and provide help. Connie (a nurse) was attentive to my questions and delivered on our needs. The on-premise cafe is delightful.
