Darla Zinchenko Yes there are doctors who are not in the right field but after taking care of people who do not appreciate it, its enough to make any human being be tired of it. Then you have the doctors who gives their full devoted attention. It is an ER their main concern is making sure nothing is broken, youre not bleeding out, and youre not dying. They took really good care of me when I was admitted, they took great care of me when I lost my insurance and doctors. I wouldnt trust any other hospital but this one. The wait time depends on the severity of the visit. If you have a long wait then take it to heart that it means you are not in danger of dying

Brooke Cordova Emergency visits are just not a fun time, but this hospital makes it bearable for the kids. They were very thorough in their testing and took my concerns for kid very seriously, and they never dismissed any questions or concerns I had. I love that they provide a child specialist who works with the kids to help them understand what is going on. There are always going to be wait times at ERs, and a lot of that depends on the season/time of day. We were fortunate to be seen pretty quickly but even when we were waiting hours for test results, we still felt the staff to be super attentive. I drove 40+ minutes for my child to be seen here and I am glad I mad that decision. These providers care about the kids!

Darius Evans My name is Darius, and I have been a patient at the Fort Worth location since the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025. My admission was prompted by a fall that occurred the previous Monday, leaving me in need of rehabilitation to regain my ability to walk. Faced with the daunting prospect of therapy, I felt anxious about finding a facility that would provide a supportive and reassuring environment. After exploring my options, I was given the opportunity to transfer to Texas Rehabilitation of Fort Worth. When I arrived, it was late in the evening, and most of the staff had already finished for the day, creating a quiet atmosphere that added to my anxiety. However, as soon as I met Shelia, the nurse assigned to me for the night, I felt a sense of relief. What truly stood out, though, was Angel, the patient care technician who was responsible for my care that night. From the moment I rolled through the doors, Angel exuded warmth and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me with a genuine, radiant smile that conveyed a sense of comfort. Her friendly and approachable demeanor was far beyond mere professionalism; it felt as if she genuinely cared about my well-being and was invested in my recovery journey. Angel took the time to explain the processes I would undergo and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness transformed what could have been an overwhelming experience into a welcoming environment. For that, I am profoundly grateful. In those initial moments, I felt a glimmer of hope and reassurance, knowing I was in good hands as I began this challenging journey toward healing and regaining my independence. I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for several staff members who have made my experience here so welcoming, especially considering I have only been here for the weekend so far. My nurses, Shelia, Francis, and Robinson, along with one other nurse whose name escapes me at the moment, have truly impressed me with their professionalism and compassion. Each of them exhibits a remarkable level of dedication to their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are attentive to my needs and have made it a priority to ensure that I never feel neglected. Additionally, I cannot praise the patient care techs, Angel and Lisa, enough. Their support has been outstanding; they check in on me regularly, ensuring I have everything I need and that I am doing okay throughout the day and night. In today’s world, it can be challenging to find individuals who genuinely care for others, but it is clear that Angel and Lisa take immense pride in their responsibilities. Unlike many who are solely focused on financial gain, these staff members exemplify a true passion for their roles and for providing exceptional care to their patients. Their commitment to helping others is a breath of fresh air and does not go unnoticed. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery, and I appreciate the personalized one-on-one sessions and engaging group activities. The food has pleasantly surprised me; I initially had my doubts, but the meals are fantastic, thanks to the dedicated dietary team. I’m excited for Monday when I’ll meet the rest of this remarkable team. Their commitment to my recovery has made a significant positive impact, and I look forward to continuing this journey with them.

Staci Matthews I absolutely love Dr. Buksh. Hes extremely kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. This IS a busy practice with several providers. They see numerous patients a day and have just as many or more trying to call them every day. Some wait is to be expected. Blame the insurance companies that make it harder for these providers to make any money by lowering contract payments and adding exclusions. The providers and their office staff dont have time to actively ignore their patients. Theyre too busy. Ive been coming here for at least 14 or 15 years, and everyone has always been helpful and kind, even when busy. It is hard to get someone on the phone, but the portal helps. Sometimes, you do just have to wait on the phone, though. Somehow, I survive each time. When Im sick, they quickly send meds I need, so that certainly makes up for it.

From day one, she’s been nothing short of outstanding. What sets her apart is how accessible she is—whether through phone, text, or in-office visits. As someone with a busy schedule, that kind of availability is invaluable. Dr. Story has the perfect balance of warmth and understanding, but she also gives it to you straight. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, and I appreciate that honesty when it comes to understanding my health and the steps I need to take to improve. Her delivery is clear, compassionate, and motivating, which makes all the difference. I also want to mention the incredible team that supports her. Whether you’re in the office or calling in, you’ll hear familiar voices, and it’s clear that Dr. Story’s team is just as dedicated and knowledgeable as she is. This consistency makes me feel confident that I’m in good hands all around. Overall, Dr. Elizabeth Story has been a true partner in my healthcare journey, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and care.

Gruuzmb Ivvw I enjoy coming to this location they are great, they always make sure Im well taken care of. The waiting process for intake can be kind of long but its worth waiting for as the services received are awesome. the employees are amazing they are so nice and treat you with respect as well so thats a plus. I especially enjoy coming in to this location because alondra at the front desk is super nice and helpful and also greets me by name which makes my trip there more enjoyable as its more personal and Im not treated as or seen as a crazy loon. Lol well, thanks alondra.. and staff yall are amazing!

Megan Ramirez I can not say enough good things about this place. The doctor, the nurses and the lady at the front desk were all so nice to me. I expected to be here at least a few hours. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I will definitely use Complete Care Camp Bowie again in the future.
