Sara Dunlap I got excellent care throughout my hospital stay. Everyone was kind and helpful and ensured that I had everything I needed and more. If any issues were identified by the monitor attached to me, someone was there to check on me and take care of it before I knew there was an issue. I felt like I got the best care possible and would highly recommend Texas Health Hospital Mansfield. I wish I had a list of all the nurses and techs so I could thank each one specifically. Nyeshea Skipwith was my day nurse for 3 days. She took excellent care of me. Im sure she had a full case load but she was there any time I needed her to take care of whatever I needed. She chased down doctors to get answers for me and helped me get information I needed, made sure I got medications when I needed them, and helped me with anything I needed. She checked on me often to make sure I was doing OK. I dont think anyone could have done a better job than she did.

Ofelia Mojica Customer service at the health department for vaccination is a nice and helpful environment. They assist you with courtesy and kindness. They are ready to help when you first walk-in.

Michael Serrano I took my daughter to emergency room at Medical City Alliance right after she was involved in an accident on I-35 NB. After signing her in at the emergency rooms front desk, within 5min she was being seen, then taken to another area and prepped for ct scan, right after that X-rays were done and blood was drawn. Waited a bit for results, results came back clear and we were done. Thanks for the quick service and making my daughter feel comfortable.

The staffs professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made each visit a positive experience. Dr.G demonstrates genuine concern for my daughters well-being and takes the time to listen to our concerns. Barbara The doctor, nurses, and staff were all friendly and efficient. They kept me informed regarding my labs, and got me in and out of the ER within a couple of hours. The treatment, compared to other experiences I’ve had, was state of the art. The facility is modern and impeccably clean. Overall, a surprisingly good experience.

Johanna Fields My daughter was here for her surgery and like Ive experienced for my surgery in the past, JPS is the greatest place in the world if you want professionalism and great care. She saw no less than seven staff members, from the Doctor, nurses and everyone who would play the part in her care. The wait time was minimal and the discharge was very detailed.
