Kindred Hospital Tarrant County - Arlington

Bernie J My brother came here a few months ago, after a long stay at another hospital. The staff here were incredibly compassionate, and helped us acclimate the first few days, after which we were always able to call up to the nursing station or administration with concerns or compliments. I really do credit them with how well he is doing now!

Baylor Scott & White Family Health Center Cityview

Meredith Harris Ive had nothing but great experiences here. (Well, as great of an experience as you can have when youre sick). Dr. Moore is very kind and thorough. Nurse Heather (NP) is super easy to talk to. And Miss Amy will greet you with a friendly smile when you walk in. No one likes going to the doctor, but I feel so at ease with the people at this office.

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth

Darius Evans My name is Darius, and I have been a patient at the Fort Worth location since the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025. My admission was prompted by a fall that occurred the previous Monday, leaving me in need of rehabilitation to regain my ability to walk. Faced with the daunting prospect of therapy, I felt anxious about finding a facility that would provide a supportive and reassuring environment. After exploring my options, I was given the opportunity to transfer to Texas Rehabilitation of Fort Worth. When I arrived, it was late in the evening, and most of the staff had already finished for the day, creating a quiet atmosphere that added to my anxiety. However, as soon as I met Shelia, the nurse assigned to me for the night, I felt a sense of relief. What truly stood out, though, was Angel, the patient care technician who was responsible for my care that night. From the moment I rolled through the doors, Angel exuded warmth and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me with a genuine, radiant smile that conveyed a sense of comfort. Her friendly and approachable demeanor was far beyond mere professionalism; it felt as if she genuinely cared about my well-being and was invested in my recovery journey. Angel took the time to explain the processes I would undergo and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness transformed what could have been an overwhelming experience into a welcoming environment. For that, I am profoundly grateful. In those initial moments, I felt a glimmer of hope and reassurance, knowing I was in good hands as I began this challenging journey toward healing and regaining my independence. I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for several staff members who have made my experience here so welcoming, especially considering I have only been here for the weekend so far. My nurses, Shelia, Francis, and Robinson, along with one other nurse whose name escapes me at the moment, have truly impressed me with their professionalism and compassion. Each of them exhibits a remarkable level of dedication to their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are attentive to my needs and have made it a priority to ensure that I never feel neglected. Additionally, I cannot praise the patient care techs, Angel and Lisa, enough. Their support has been outstanding; they check in on me regularly, ensuring I have everything I need and that I am doing okay throughout the day and night. In today’s world, it can be challenging to find individuals who genuinely care for others, but it is clear that Angel and Lisa take immense pride in their responsibilities. Unlike many who are solely focused on financial gain, these staff members exemplify a true passion for their roles and for providing exceptional care to their patients. Their commitment to helping others is a breath of fresh air and does not go unnoticed. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery, and I appreciate the personalized one-on-one sessions and engaging group activities. The food has pleasantly surprised me; I initially had my doubts, but the meals are fantastic, thanks to the dedicated dietary team. I’m excited for Monday when I’ll meet the rest of this remarkable team. Their commitment to my recovery has made a significant positive impact, and I look forward to continuing this journey with them.

Judy Ginn Whatever you do if you are sick do not see dr Nguyen. I have the worst head cold Ive ever had. My husband had the same cold. She refused me antibiotics! What doctor does that? I will never try to use another telehealth for as long as I live

JPS Patient Care Pavilion

Ishi Akuma The staff in the ER were amazing, kind, and hard-working, and professional. They explained every part or my treatment even though they found everything to be normal and had other patients to care for. We need nurses and doctors with the amount dedication and care exhibited by the staff. I saw so many complaints in the reviews about how theyd get better care at Harris Methodist. I know being sick is an awful uncomfortable and scary experience which can make us our worst selves. The nurses handled each situation with care and professionalism. I cant imagine how difficult every aspect of their job is and their service to our community is so important. JPS is a public hospital with public hospital funding. They do the best they can with limited resources and treat everyone even if you dont have insurance. They offer JPS connection to offset costs as well as primary care to people without insurance. Harris Methodist is a private hospital that treat individuals who have insurance so of course they have fancier commodities and shorter wait times. For those who go without, we are so lucky to have Public hospitals like JPS with incredible staff. The only thing you should ever care about when being treated by a doctor is that they do a thorough job when caring for you. JPS does that. 10/10

Kris Jennings I don’t see how there could be any more amazing workers in the American work force than these nurses.

USMD | Medical Clinic of North Texas

Denise Gage Dr. Citrons NP Gail Smith was very attentive to my issue; however, the USMD system is awful! In order to call with a concern or get an appointment you have to go through their main call center. Then if you are lucky, you will be transferred to your doctor office. When a referral is made is remains in their system and is not scheduled for 24-48 hours despite the reason. For my dad, it wasnt scheduled at all. The call center said 24-48 hours to get approval but it had been three days. When she checked she saw no authorization was necessary so scheduled it 3 weeks out! This was for an urgent care situation. Once again the call center person determined whether it was urgent rather than assuming the PCP referral indicated that. The CT referral did not show up in their system and was scheduled a week out from when it was ordered. Overall, a very frustrating experience!
