Amanda Hurst Pachy was very patient and sweet! His team of hard working men fixed my car up and sent me on my way. I am very satisfied customer and if I ever need my car worked I or fixed I will be bringing it to Doctor Automotive! They work very swiftly and proficiently! I’d recommend anyone come here to get needed work done!

Christine Matlock Very helpful, the owner and his wife were very helpful and welcoming. Great conversation keepers. Actually showed they cared, and not just about money like some places. I’ve been looking for a shop for awhile with trustworthy mechanics and I think I found it. I thought my problem was gonna be a lot worse than what it was, i was walked me through the diagnostic process and shown what my problem was on the car lift. Nothing too major was wrong but i will definitely be back to take care of that issue and any future issues. Gonna recommend to everyone. Very good vibes. 10/10

Jerry Landrum Luis did a valve cover gasket for me recently and did a fantastic job. He was meticulous, professional, and he cleaned his fingerprints off my car! He gave me a fair price and he did it in my driveway. I was able to drive the car to my government job this morning right on schedule. Thank you, Luis! I will definitely be calling you again.

Joseph Campbell I have been going here at least 6 years. Always professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Mike at the front was very helpful and professional. Brought my daughters PT Cruiser in. Both belts had broken. No power. They fixed it within 2.5 hours and Mike promptly called me. Job well done.

Petra Dawson Ive been coming to Lorys since I was introduced to him in 1992. He knows cars no matter what make or model. Hes very precise and very friendly. Hes very trustworthy too. Im glad hes my friends and mechanic.

Alexis Grojean Recently took my Jeep in and had a lovely experience. The lady who runs the front like a boss, was absolutely amazing to me. Always heard me out and helped me get my jeep back up and running. She called all over to find a camshaft for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but she never stopped busting her butt to find one for my Jeep. I just received my jeep today and she is running better than before! I will update this in a few weeks but I highly recommend Als SuperCenter! Amazing customer service, endless efforts to fix your vehicle in a timely manner and everyone was super kind/friendly. I will be back for all of my future services.

Nate Jake flushed and changed my A/C Compressor the right way since some mechanics cant do their job right. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. I will definitely be using his services in the future if needed.

That level of trust means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate having a shop like this. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is phenomenal—Michelle, in particular, always blows me away. I dont know how she does it, but she remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my warranties every time I visit. As far as his commitment and mechanical knowledge and expertise, he is second to none. He gaurantees his work and meets deadline, or is done sooner. He ensures his employees stand and deliver, just as he does, no matter WHAT kind of vehicle it. You will get your vehicle back exactly the same as when you left it, no scratches, no dings, no dirty or oily feet, nor hand-prints left in, or on, the extetior or interior of your car.
