The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with options for different quality levels of parts. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was very competitive. But what really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was just right. They even showed me the old parts and explained what had caused the wear, which helped me understand the importance of regular maintenance. My car now stops smoothly and quietly, and I feel much safer on the road. I highly recommend A-plus for anyone needing brake work or any other auto repair. Alex Morales My new daughter-in-law has not had air conditioning for the past two summers. Wanted to make that right.Teo Was quick to respond to my phone call and got her vehicle in quickly for diagnosis and a repair plan. After a few small changes in the plan, the car was fixed promptly when promised at a fair price. Now she needs a jacket when she’s in her car. Highly recommend Teo and his crew.

Christine Matlock Very helpful, the owner and his wife were very helpful and welcoming. Great conversation keepers. Actually showed they cared, and not just about money like some places. I’ve been looking for a shop for awhile with trustworthy mechanics and I think I found it. I thought my problem was gonna be a lot worse than what it was, i was walked me through the diagnostic process and shown what my problem was on the car lift. Nothing too major was wrong but i will definitely be back to take care of that issue and any future issues. Gonna recommend to everyone. Very good vibes. 10/10

Steven Ferguson Best place for oil change in Killeen. Long time customer with absolutely no complaints ever. They will often tell you other things wrong with your vehicle if it presents itself while in service. They are honest......its up to you to listen or not....head their notifications if you get one. Your car is a big investment. They may save you a large maintenance bill in the future by telling you mi or or major faults they find.

Ruben Hernandez I live out of town. And I’m moving to Killeen. I paid for all my parts on my Audi that needed to get done when I came back into town. They were ready for my vehicle.. I just called L&H and said I was on my way to town. They said bring it in the next day., they worked on my car and not only did they do the maintenance on it. They also let me know that it had a leak and they would be happy to work on it for me to just let them know.. see the thing is I knew there was a leak in it already so this wasn’t someone who made a leak happen in my Audi I knew there was a coolant leak so the fact that they not only did the maintenance on my vehicle but found something wrong with it and reported it to me says a lot about the shop…. They actually care about the customers., and they care about business. The atmosphere is amazing when you go there you treated me like family. If you have to wait on your vehicle, right next-door to them and s a food truck park. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I ate some amazing wings also. I recommend them to anybody whether you need an oil change or extensive work done on your vehicle….. the mechanics know how to work on Audi’s that should tell you everything you need to know. And above all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Brooke Came here because I needed my tire plugged during a long trip. Within minutes of having pulled in the driveway they already had the wheel off my car and being dismounted from the rim. Very quick service, despite having multiple customers at the time that I arrived, they were quick in getting the tire changed and it did not seem to disrupt their ongoing services to other customers at all! Great communication and were also very patient in assisting us with payment. Great place and sweet people!!
