Anna Sumuel My experience with everyone was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and accommodating to my needs. Steven was a Godsend. He is definitely in the right field. Super compassionate and comforting. My nurse never got around to ordering me any food after my tests were completed even though It had been over 24 hours since I had eaten. However, A nice lady found me something to eat as I was being discharged. Other than that, my experience was great. I still give them five stars overall, from being admitted to being discharged. As a retired nurse I recognize and appreciate their hard work. Thank you all so much!

Jim Ruth Dr. Bosquez has been helping both my wife and I with knee issues. Its always a pleasure to see him, and I know for certain that the treatments hes been giving us has effectively stopped the deterioration. Thank you Dr. Bosquez.

Jeff Popnoe Dr. Shimkus is great. He is very attentive and never seems to be in a rush to get finished. He always seems to have a new idea about better care and keeping track of my progress. I have had many specialists over the years and I rate him at the top of that list.

Dave Johnson Dr Chen is a wonderful Physician. I have been his patient for several years and I am very grateful for the skills and bedside manner he has always shown, his expertise in pain management is second to none. He has always looked out for my best interests as a patient and over the years my life has been greatly improved because of him and his family wonderful nurses. Thank you Dr Chen!

Danielle Menoskey I have never in my life had an experience with a mental health provider that could even compare to my experience with this practice. I got in very quickly for my first appointment (in person.) My provider is Rosabelle Pong and she is absolutely, truly amazing. She is compassionate, caring, funny and really LISTENS to me. I also appreciated that Dr Musgrove came in to meet with me during my first appointment. I cannot recommend this practice, especially Rosabelle. Shes the best!

Nicole Bordunov I had a terrible experience with BSW. I saw Celeste Bryand. I do not have a lot of health complications and needed very little at my regular physical. Celeste ordered labs for me to come back to the office and get. Then I receive a surprise bill that since I am a “new patient” i have to pay $130 out of pocket for a new patient fee. I have been a new patient at other offices many times before since I have moved states several times, not once have I ever paid a “new patient fee.” I should have taken this as a red flag, but still went ahead with my regular, preventative labs. Then months later I receive a bill for $760 for labs. I have spent countless house on the phone with my insurance and BSW. My insurance tells me BSW is not coding the charge properly. My insurance DOES cover labs but needs BSW to code them appropriately. BSW will not change the coding, I have asked them to resubmit and review and nothing has changed. They have not been helpful one step of this process. I set up a payment plan and BSW STILL sent me to collections. They are a trash company with not one bit of humanity in them. I will never ever ever let myself or one of my loved ones end up in the care of BSW. TRASH.

Suchandra Ghose Very nice clinic and great location. Dr Arthur is amazing. He is great with patients and has empathy and time for each patient and the concerns they bring to the appts. The front desk staff is equally knowledgeable and helpful.
