1 /5 Eng Merc: Review of the Medical Center
I went for the wellness/physical and guess what they charged an illness visit. They billed 390 bucks or so and had me liable for 170 bucks or something like that. And on top of that, they charged me at their window 150 bucks. Not sure what kind of fraud this place is.
Review of the doctor Joel (may be rude or racist) Goode
As I always say in my reviews, other folks have their own experience and I have mine. So this review is of what my experience was. Went to the doctor first time on the referral from a friend. It was the first visit to have him as my PCP (primary care physician). Well, nothing happened in the first visit. I shared some ailments, he nodded and gave me general advice on ailments and life. Ok !! I was like, well, at least refer to a specialist or if I should go see a specialist, and he was like, no need to go see a specialist, all of your problem are with you. Yes I understand I need to change my diet, i need to exercise more, blah blah. Believe me I am not in bad shape, medium or average body, say B or B-, but the doctor literally did NOT do anything during the visit. And guess what, for a physical, which i wanted in the first place, I was told to come again and book an appointment. So what I dont understand is, what was that first visit for? And guess what, my insurance was charged $320 out of which I have to pay $180. My question is for what? Because he told me that i should keep a diary of what I eat, so he can tell me I should exercise regularly and not sparingly...what a load of bs business he is running. So I am not going to him anymore and will find another pcp but folks that was my experience. May be he was good to others, but he was not good to me. May be he is a racist cuz I am a brown person, who knows. May be he is not. I am not alleging he is, I am just throwing ideas out there. Anyhow, i aint going to him anymore.
