Kurt Klein Steve and his crew here are FANTASTIC. Ive been wrenching on my own cars since I got my first blue TX title in hand! Theres little I cannot do on my vehicles. Ive had QuickAlign align every vehicle I own. While I can work on the AC components of my cars, I trust QuickAlign to do the inspections, recharges, and sometimes the actual wrenching if Im just too busy. They always give me great service and I never feel like the pricing is anything but solid! I refer these folks to everyone! When my friends ask me where I go if I need help or I get stumped. This is the place!

JoAnn Overstreet After calling several automotive shops around the area I decided to take my mom’s car it to Byrd Automotive. The AC had stopped working and the thermostat was not registering. James knew exactly what was wrong. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He had my mom’s car back to me in just a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good and honest auto mechanic. It’s nice to find good and honest people you can trust. I plan on using Byrd Automotive for all my auto needs in the future.

Jeannie Garcia Another great visit in 2025 with Paul at New Braunfels Nissan. They are absolutely awesome. The service and parts section changed my oil, rotated my tires, drained and replaced my transmission fluid and took a video of the entire check-up. Great coverage and detailed what I may need in the future. No pressure to have work not necessary and everyone was very pleasant. Comfortable lounge area to wait with free drinks and snacks. Jason Hopkins Hidden Gem—6+ stars if possible. Lance will always have my business and I will always recommend his shop to anyone that needs work on their vehicle. Very honest, good pricing, will walk you through the work that needs to be done, and was very responsive to inquiries. Hard to find a great auto repair shop that still believes in honesty and integrity. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto repair shop.

tricky Jim is an amazing professional and if you have any car trouble give him a call right now! He diagnosed our cars issues over the phone and purchased an alternator on his own dime. He showed up in a timely manner and immediately went to confirming his diagnosis. Along the way he allowed me to watch what he was doing. He even explained his diagnostic and repair process as I was watching. After he confirmed it was indeed the alternator, Jim quickly got it swapped out for the alternator he had shown up with and he didnt even charge us any markup on the part. My wife had luckily found Jim on Google and we gave him a call. As a result of this we saved money by not having to have the car towed to a garage, we received a fantastic timely repair for a great price, and I even learned a bunch thanks to Jim. In the future I will feel more confident in attempting my own diagnose and repairs as a result. If you have any kind of car trouble do yourself a favor and call Jim ASAP!
