They went above and beyond to resolve my car issue and truly brought me peace of mind. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and quality workmanship were all exceptional. 5 /5 Richard Hollon: Total True Landa did a great job on my repair. They did everything they could to accommodate me and help me when my truck broke down. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and replaced an AC belt during my alternator replacement, because of their own mistake. I must say I am impressed they did this for us, knowing we need help. It is greatly appreciated, and the staff is very nice and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better, honestly. They are fair, transparent, quick, friendly, communicative and respectful. They also offer AAA discount which pretty much paid for my AAA membership in savings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this repair shop to family and friends.

3 /5 Leslie Albertson: I really wanted to give them an 5 star rating. My favorite garage closed, they decided to retire and they recommended Total True so figured I would give it a go. The things I loved about Total True, online appointment booking, and the communication, the text messages letting me know what was happening with my vehicle. The not so up my alley items, $180 just to look at my vehicle, really didn’t need a full inspection to tell me what the manufacturer recommends at the mileage nor did I ask for a full inspection, think that should be optional, not mandatory. My appointment was for 10:30 am, my vehicle did not enter their garage until almost 2 pm per the text they sent me. They then recommended an oil change, but could not get it done until the next afternoon, so they had my vehicle for 2 whole days for an oil change. The inspection cost more than the actual work! Very disappointing, so will be back on the search for a future garage.

They took the time to clearly explain every finding and walked me through my options without any pressure. I really appreciated their transparency and how they made sure I fully understood what was going on. Their customer service was top-notch —friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. They got the work done in a timely manner, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of care and integrity. Highly recommend!
