5 /5 Yriver: This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.

5 /5 Andrea Ochoa: Best experience I have EVER had. I had foot surgery a couple of weeks ago and EVERY single worker there is amazing. Each person treated me like I was a long time friend and the care they gave me was more than I can express. I felt in great hands and very comforted. This was from the start with the receptionist to the finish with the nurse who wheeled me to my ride. They even sent me a hand written Get Well card. Thank you Medical City of Frisco!

5 /5 Ramapriya: Ive had two exceptional experiences at Medical City Frisco. After delivering my first baby there in 2021, I returned four years later for my second. I was impressed to see how the facility and care had improved even further! The nursing staff was outstanding – consistently caring, helpful, professional, and remarkably knowledgeable. During my four-day, three-night stay, I was cared for by numerous nurses, and each one provided exceptional care. I highly recommend Medical City Frisco and am incredibly grateful for their wonderful treatment

5 /5 Susan Giello: Quick to see me. Everyone was pleasant and did an amazing job. My admitting Doctor, Eric Madden, was so quick to act to see that I got everything I needed to help me, and my discharge Doctor, Richard Honaker, was so good in talking to me and giving me instructions and advice. All the people at the desk and nurses and technicians were amazing and thoughtful. The best ER ever!

The housekeeping team, Mary and Kanahia, maintained an exceptionally clean and comfortable room, contributing to a pleasant healing environment. Lenora, the patient tech, was attentive and consistently helpful, making my stay easier. The nursing staff provided outstanding care. Jennifer from Mississippi notably went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, showing genuine care and making me feel valued. Cecilia was particularly considerate during night shifts, carefully coordinating medication times with vital checks to allow me uninterrupted sleep. Kaylyn and Kaley were both warm, kind, and understanding, enhancing my overall experience. Additionally, the hospital food exceeded any expectations Ive previously held for hospital meals. The room service staff were always kind, prompt, and ensured quick delivery of delicious and satisfying meals. However, there was one isolated issue involving delays in care at night. Enhanced communication, possibly involving the charge nurse during breaks, would have improved this aspect of patient care. Overall, my hospital experience was highly positive, thanks to the exceptional dedication and genuine care from most of the staff.
