Medical City Denton Emergency Room - Denton (TX)

4 /5 Liz: I arrived Saturday night and was not able to get a room due to no beds available. My stay was until Monday. Beds are hard and I wasnt provided a better bed. Very uncomfortable situation. But let me tell you how the ER staff was. They were incredible! They attended to me even though they were extremely busy with several other patients, some of those were trauma patients. They were available as soon as they could and kept me as comfortable as possible. So to those nurses, I say thank you for a job well done, and loving what you do!

5 /5 Ritzy Rosa: It was great. Everybody works together in a friendly and relaxed environment. I felt to be like in a hotel. Even the meals are exquisite. The nurses are there 24/7 to assist you and help with your health issues, and the doctors are absolutely awesome. I could go on and on. The emergency staff came promptly and rescue me in my home in the middle of the night and save my life, and thats priceless. Id recommend Medical City Hospital to anyone. God-bless them all.

5 /5 Mary Bridges: James came in with the symptoms of a stroke. He was placed in a room, immediately took him for a scan, then a MRI confirmed a small stroke. When a room opened up he moved to second floor. He received excellent service. All professional and well taken care of. A rating of 5 stars. 5 /5 linda davis: The ER staff at Medical City, Denton are just amazing. Because the hospital was full I waited 12 hours in ER. ER was also full, 40 beds and 60 patients. However the staff was constantly attentive and caring. Steve was one of the best, most attentive nurses I have ever had. THANK YOU!!

5 /5 Carl Malkiewicz: My wife was very weak and not talking clearly. She started a new medication, and it appeared that she was having a reaction to the medication or an overdose. I had her transported to Med City Denton by EMS. Arriving she was evaluated immediately, and blood work was taken. Information was provided to the hospital staff. My wife was handled with care & dignity, and I was kept informed of all testing. They recommended she stay overnight for observation and follow up if needed. The staff in the Emergency room and hospital was excellent and if needed, I would return to Med City Denton without hesitation. They are excellent!
