J Bonzo Ive been at Encompass twice and both were extremely great experiences. I found the staff to be extremely compassionate and eager to motivate with recovery of their patients. I would recommend the facility to all that are in need.

artur cifligu Dr Sheetal Patel is outstanding! She did great job with my hernia surgery as I experienced very little discomfort and recovery quickly. More important than her skills as a surgeon are her great patient skills.While she is direct and detail oriented she is also empathetic and friendly. I would heartedly recommend her to anyone who needs a surgery!

Claire Rowan I rarely make recommendations, but I have been a patient at this clinic for several years and have found Dr. Farooqi to be a very caring, professional, and extremely knowledgeable physician. His staff are very efficient, as well as being kind and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

Jessica Huynh My experience at children’s plano was immaculate. I took my daughter in after i noticed she was having a hard time breathing. Everyone was so quick with us and made sure we understood everything that was going on. We ended up needing to stay the night & every. single. doctor. and. nurse. we had were over the top, they made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job. I will never forget my experience here. It was truly a nightmare seeing my daughter in the condition she was, but the doctors and nurses made sure she was going to be just fine! Thank you children’s Plano for helping my baby girl and making our stay comfortable.

Thomas Ledford Not enough stars to rate my care from nurses Iris and Mary they were awesome I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and I was fortunate to have Iris and Mary as my recovery nurses. From the moment I woke up, they provided exceptional care, making sure I was comfortable, well-informed, and supported throughout my recovery. Iris was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure my pain was managed and that I had everything I needed. Her warm demeanor and genuine compassion made a world of difference during those crucial first hours. Mary was equally wonderful, bringing both professionalism and kindness to every interaction. She took the time to answer my questions, encouraged me through my first steps, and reassured me when I felt uncertain. Together, Iris and Mary made my recovery experience as smooth and positive as possible. Their dedication, patience, and empathy truly set them apart. I cant thank them enough for their incredible care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of outstanding nursing support!

Seng Kiojai N.P. Kandis Grant is not only very professional and thorough, but she’s extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable while treating you. I’ve been getting treatments from her and Dr. Laali after an auto accident and you can’t ask for better professionals to help with your body aches and pains. I very much highly recommend them for your pain and chiropractic needs.

Kristina Esparza So I ended up having a four day stay at medical city of Dallas due to preterm labor, and that has to be the best hospital that I have ever been to and I’ve never ever been admitted but if you’re ever in a situation where they have to send you there. You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.

Lori Liane My doctor sent me to the ER @ Texas Presby after blood test results revealed some urgently low levels, and I was so impressed I just had to leave a review to say thank you for the impeccable care I received. I was immediately given a room and minutes later, the doctor arrived and started providing me with detailed information regarding my specific situation/treatment - which involved several infusions requiring two IVs, a process to which I dont react very well. However, not only did they handle my distress with compassion and respect, the amazing nurses kept me talking and distracted while they put two IVs in so efficiently I didnt even realize one was in and barely felt the other at all. As I received my infusions over the next 6 hours, I was checked on regularly, brought warm blankets and anything else they could think of I might need, and it never took my nurse more then a minute or two to be in my room if I needed help with something. Overall, at a time when I wasnt at my best, the Texas Presby emergency room was there to provide me excellent treatment and just an overall outstanding experience - and I cant say thank you enough!
