I called and spoke with Kelley—he got me a quote right away and even hooked us up with a great tire deal they had going on. We brought the car in the same day, and they had it ready in no time. Kayla Smith I RARELY leave reviews, but I returned home after service intending to provide a review for Drivers Edge McKinney, TX. From the moment I walked until I left it was a top notch experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner and taken care of promptly. I had misplaced my phone and returned home with my hubby thinking I’d left it, unaware that I had actually left it in my car. Employees found it and were attempting to call me when I got back to the counter. They were prompt and efficient with oil change and inspection. The charges were reasonable and I received a coupon for a FREE oil change next time. The waiting area is neat and clean. A great experience in a place with friendly professionals. I Highly recommend the McKinney location!

Erica Soto Weve been coming here for about two years now, I think? These guys are literally the best. Theyre super honest, clear and communicative, and the service is always fast. I came in here a few days ago for a car inspection, but also knowing something was wrong with the breaks. They identified the issue, and I was able to get both axels done in two hours (I came in early too, so that helped). I also just come here for regular oil changes and yearly inspects for registering my car. Always super friendly, nice, and fast!

Mindful_Warrior Complete Customs is awesome! I had an urgent repair work to replace the sway bar links for my motorhome and they were very prompt and professional. bob spano I was there 6/3 about my 2011 F150. I went in to talk about my AC. A few different issues. One of the topics were my fan speed. It was blowing about 33%. The indicator showed I can change it but nothing happened. Alex showed me where & why this may be happening. He said it was the blower motor resister. Well sure enough he was right! I had replaced it with an OEM part. Could of got it from Amazon for like $25 but for a 90 warranty, nope. Got motorcraft 2 year warranty. Worth the extra money. Alex was great, vey informative, friendly, just a good person all around. I defiantly would recommend them. Ill be using them. Thank you!

Jenn Verna He did a tune up on our Durango. Quoted us below everyone else, would highly recommend. A mom and pop type shop, just an honest guy, making an honest living. Fair warning, he only takes cash (to my knowledge), not a deal breaker, but we didnt know at first. He even helped install a switch that had stopped on us with minimal extra charge. Hes won my business.

Alan W Went in for an oil change and came out with an estimate for thousands of dollars in repairs! Place is very nice. Place was not busy, so pulled right into bay upon arrival. Staff was very nice, efficient, and thorough. I was impressed by their thoroughness and quoting for service. Sure, the same old air filter trick you see in every other oil change place, but my service advisor was not pushy and I appreciated that. Enjoyed the free water and customer lobby. Would definitely go back.

Punkie TheGreat They definitely know what theyre doing. It has taken me time to find a genuine place that isnt trying to scam me. They are just trying to fix vehicles. Last year I went to fix three different things, and Im back today to get my baby checked out again. My van is very important to my family and I, so being able to find a place where quality meets genuine work, is fantastic! They give free diagnosis, and will print off the work for you and explain in detail whats most important to least important for your car. They dont try to up-sell you for anything either. Something I can appreciate.

Heather Glover I called at 7:55pm very doubtful that I would get any assistance with getting my battery replaced, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send Julian out to assist me! I was back on the road and finished in about an hour. Highly recommend them if you’re in a bind!!
