Josie N I’ve gone a couple times and everyone who I talk to on the phone and the women at the front desk have always been nice and easy going. As well as the nurses and the doctor who helped me! Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the people at the front desk or on the phone

S W I had to go twice in 2 wks here. I was taking care of very well both times. Also all of my questions were nicely answered. I had an injection from Shelby the 2nd time & barely felt it! Professional & kind people at this establishment! Its much appreciated.

Alize Davis From the moment I walked in to the moment I was placed in the room I was treated like family. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. I went to get blood drawn and I know I am a difficult draw due to me having rolling veins. Needless to say they were able to draw my blood with my condition!!! Usually it would take multiple attempts. Everything went smoothly, and I received my results very quick! The provider broke my results down to me in a way that I could understand. Very professional staff. I will forever go here for any lab work needed, or even just for a common cold. Highly recommend!!!!

Maddie Romero I cant recommend this clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are nothing short of incredible, each and every one of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step of my treatment. The atmosphere is warm, calming, and professional, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. The NP were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing. Their attention to detail and commitment to my well-being really stood out to me. I felt completely at ease in their hands, knowing they were not only skilled but genuinely compassionate. It’s rare to find a clinic where you feel like more than just another patient here, you truly feel like part of the family. If youre looking for top-notch care delivered with kindness and patience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Rob Spindler Doctor Patel and his Staff continue to provide an excellent level of medical care and personalized support. The Staff was polite and courteous. Everyone took the time to listen to issues and ailments and explain the type of care they were prescribing and why. Very much appreciated!

Amy Howard Dr. Johnson is an excellent surgeon with wonderful bed side manners. He was very attentive to my concerns and very thorough in his explanations. Most of all, he is a very nice person who really cares about his patients. Best of all I experienced very little pain after my hernia surgery.

Jordan Stigler Luis was very kind and helped me schedule an appointment with a provider my insurance would actually cover because some of them it didn’t. He even let me know how much missed appointments would cost and how soon to reschedule and cancel to avoid that. I hope the appointment and my provider will be just as helpful and kind.

Jesse Perez Fantastic bedside manners. Funny. Kind. Great listener. Caring. Engaged with his patients. Overall, healthcare needs more doctors like him. Hes great.

Janell Blessed I knew the first time I walked into the lobby and heard Christian music playing that I was in the right place. The morning I walked in for my surgery, I was anxious but calm ( yes you can be both at the same time lol) 6 am in the morning although you could see the receptionist was a little tired she still gave a smile and a kind demeanor to each person as they came in to sign paperwork and wait to be called back for their turn of this minor day surgery. Although minor , anytime you’re being put under anesthesia you can’t help but know the risk these days so people are still nervous. The nurse called me back and I wish I remembered every single persons name because they were all amazing , but Kristi I believe was my nurse. She did such a good job putting an iv in my hand that it was the cleanest one I’ve ever had . Phyllis was my anesthesia person who would stay with me during the entire surgery , she comforted my concerns and reassured me that she would take good care of me while I was under . I took a really long time waking up the last time I had a minor surgery and she was determined she would help me not have that same experience. I heard her treating the other patients with the same gentleness in the area beside me . The nursing team worked double so early in the morning helping me with a kind voices and gentle hearts . They even paid special attention to my comfort in the surgery room. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and they made sure I was completely comfortable so I wouldn’t wake up in pain afterwards before putting me to sleep . I woke up to the same kind hearted nurses saying good morning sunshine, your awake and it didn’t take you long at all to wake up . I was so relieved and felt so blessed to have such a wonderful team to help me . Dr. Shahzad my amazing dr was right there as well to talk with me about my results in just minutes . I would recommend Dr Shahzad to anyone Looking for a good gi doctor .Parkside even called me a couple days later just to check on my well-being. They are a caring and efficient surgery center and I myself feel blessed that I went through this day with this place . Thank you everyone from Parkside Surgery Center , you guys are amazing and God sent .
