Dashaun Tolbert When ever I go for a doc visit the staff is so friendly and nice. The P.A. for my doctor takes his time and talks to me and gives me information to help me better take care of myself. He is full of recommendations which I luv. They cate about the patient. From.check.in to.check out is a pleasant experience. Dr Ahfzal is a great heart doctor and thyroid if Im correct.

Guy Public health department never answers their phone. Every number I call goes to voicemail and I never get a call back.

They were professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. Considering the nature of their work, they maintained a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout. Janette Fuller I went to the Urgent Care of Conroe for the first time last weekend. I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!

Savannah Fowler I had my first appointment today with Dr. Shelton and she was wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that is understanding and kind and to not feel rushed. I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!

Jordan Stigler Luis was very kind and helped me schedule an appointment with a provider my insurance would actually cover because some of them it didn’t. He even let me know how much missed appointments would cost and how soon to reschedule and cancel to avoid that. I hope the appointment and my provider will be just as helpful and kind.

George Alexander Dr. Nguyen is my primary care doctor. Her staff are very professional, polite and friendly and puts you at ease. Her office is very clean and bright and gives you a warm welcome feeling when you walk through the door. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. She is smart, confident, and totally up to date with state-of-the-art medical technologies. She takes her time and never rushes through my appointments. She is empathetic, authentic, and caring. Most importantly, she listens to me and is understanding. She has kept me healthy for the last ten (10) years because she is always ahead of any health challenges I have had through these years. In fact, I drive 50 miles to see her for my appointments. I would highly recommend her and Conroe Family Doctor’s office to anyone in need of the best medical care.
