He even let me know how much missed appointments would cost and how soon to reschedule and cancel to avoid that. I hope the appointment and my provider will be just as helpful and kind.

5 /5 Larry Carlile: Mr. Luis helped me out during an unexpected event in my family as I have a grandmother who is not doing very well. I told him that I would not take a fine for an unplanned situation and as a first time offense. He was able to dispel the whole situation and make it better. In the end, I actually got a tele-health meeting instead for an earlier time. Needless to say, all went well and everything worked out perfectly. Thanks

5 /5 robin smith: I called Magnolia Psychiatry today to make an appointment as a new patient. Mario helped me. He was great at explaining everything about their process getting set up there as a new patient and about the cost. I was able to text a picture of my insurance card, which was very convenient. I loved not having to verbally give all the information needed from my insurance card. He emailed me all my forms so I could get everything filled out before my first appointment. Best of all, he was able to get me an appointment at the beginning of next week. Update: I have been going here for 2 months now and I cant say enough great things about everyone. Jerry and Mario are so helpful every time I call or have a virtual appointment. They even call to remind me when I have an appointment coming up. Jeri is my PNP. She has been so great. She has been wonderful finding a medication combo that works for me. I never have to go in the office. My appointments are virtual, which is perfect for me. Im so glad I went here. Best decision I made in a while.
