Savannah Fowler I had my first appointment today with Dr. Shelton and she was wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that is understanding and kind and to not feel rushed. I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!

Janette Fuller I went to the Urgent Care of Conroe for the first time last weekend. I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!

Philip Kinney Dr Ketron , Jen , Dorene & rest of staff are amazing! As a new patient Dr Ketron spent time explaining everything… I never felt rushed or that he was too busy with other patients I chose to switch cardiologists because back in February he performed emergency heart surgery on my sister & saved her life. 5 stars to the whole office!

L S Bowers Nothing short of wonderful! Excellent communication and always on time! Dr Seay was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! Helped with my financial situation in regards to testing and medication, took time to answer questions and ensure I comprehended all information! Highly recommend !

Atward Anderson Wonderful experience!!! Classy And Caring staff! They even pronounced my Name Correctly! The lady at the front desk was so Sweet the nurse was Awesome: My cough is still horrible and my ribs hurt. The true test is to see how a follow up goes. I will give an update.

Elise Lowe I recommend Ms. Sarah or Dr. Ahmed whole heartedly. Both of them are very caring and my kids are very comfortable with them. My daughter is 3 and just randomly talks about Dr. Ahmed. Yesterday while I was driving she said "Dr med is my best friend". Its very welcoming when the doctors tickle and play with the babies. Weve used this office since I had my first, and I dont plan to change.

Maddie Romero I cant recommend this clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are nothing short of incredible, each and every one of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step of my treatment. The atmosphere is warm, calming, and professional, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. The NP were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing. Their attention to detail and commitment to my well-being really stood out to me. I felt completely at ease in their hands, knowing they were not only skilled but genuinely compassionate. It’s rare to find a clinic where you feel like more than just another patient here, you truly feel like part of the family. If youre looking for top-notch care delivered with kindness and patience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

bananaTNO I only went here as I’m familiar with the hospital as I used to work at the call center for Solis Mammography scheduling patients and they have a location in this hospital. I am so glad I did. I didn’t know what to expect, especially since some of the reviews make the place out to be awful. I also just moved to the area, so I don’t know the good or bad hospitals. I went early morning at 8am. I had the best experience I have ever had going to an ER. They got me in around 5 minutes after I checked in. I came in thinking I had bronchitis or pneumonia. They did chest X-ray and swabbed my nose and mouth for testing. Come to find out I had a sinus infection. They prescribed me antibiotics and steroid medication. They also gave me a coupon for GoodRX to be filled at the pharmacy, since I had mentioned that I was worried about covering the medication that I obviously was going to need. All the staff were amazing and courteous and explained what they were doing as they did it. The radiologist (I believe that’s the correct term for his position) was also kind to me and patient as I was totally brain fogged and couldn’t remember certain things when asked. There was also a gentleman going around door to door to check in with the patients to see how their visit was going and if they had any questions or concerns. I believe his name was Tim, and he was the one I mentioned my financial problems to. He was nice and not judgmental at all. I think this is the first time I’ve had an amazing time at an ER and I’m so grateful for the experience. I’m already feeling much better on day two of the medication (I promise to take it all the way through lol). Thank you so much for everything.

Reine-Elodie Koffi Evelyn is the most amazing midwife ever! I cannot finish to express how happy and grateful I am that she was the one helping with the birth of my 5th baby. Amazing experience. I would recommend her 200%

Lydia Obregón I highly recommend this clinic! The staff is very attentive and nice. The doctors have always treated me with the best care and professionalism.
