No one had the size of tire we needed and it was after 5 pm. 1 call to GXC Service, they met us where we were, installed the tire, took care of the bad tire and we were safely on the way to Dallas. griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Over the phone, Larry was so nice to let me know what he thought was going on with my grandsons car. Larry got the parts quickly & repaired the brake rotors while my grandson waited! Omar R. Ethan did a good job on my 2000 mustang GT! Got both my front & back bearings replaced. Had him changed my brakes and rotors, plus! Install new brake calipers and bleed them out as well. My car now brakes a lot smoother and I can tell the difference with new bearing replaced! Well recommend giving him a chance. He did a great job with my car!!
