I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated at this place — especially considering that I’m a regular customer and drove over an hour just to get here. I’ve been coming here for a while, trusting them with my vehicle, but today’s experience with the owner was beyond unacceptable.
When I arrived and tried to explain the issue with my car, the owner didn’t even listen properly. He constantly interrupted, didn’t let me finish my sentences, and behaved like he didn’t care what I was saying. Despite being calm and respectful, he started to get angry without any reason. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful, and it felt like he had no patience at all.
What shocked me the most was that, even as a loyal customer, I was treated with zero courtesy. There was no appreciation, no professionalism — just frustration and arrogance from the owner’s side. It’s very disappointing when someone you’ve trusted in the past suddenly treats you like your time and concerns don’t matter.
Coming from so far away, I expected at least a decent conversation and some respect. Instead, I left feeling upset and disrespected. I will seriously reconsider coming back here again, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic human respect — even if you’re a regular.
