Stormy 2020 I had a great experience with Caliber collision on 35 in south Belton. Josh was incredibly detailed when walking me the everything that was going to be fixed and how it would be done. He made sure I understood the whole process and kept me updated every other day with progress reports. My car was actually finished sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. Josh was there to make sure I was satisfied with it. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Thank you to Josh and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier. Linda Hill I took my sons truck there to fix the ABS issue. They werent able to get to it on the day that I brought it, but was considerate & honest in letting me know that it would be the following day. As promised, it was taken care of and they called me to let me know it was done. I felt the service/pricing was outstanding. (it even ended up being a few dollars less than quoted) It puts my mind at ease to know that theres an auto repair place that is dependable and honest -- very hard to find anymore. They came highly recommended by a few different people that I know and in addition, over a year ago I took my Nissan in for a small issue that I was concerned about and they looked at it and didnt charge me because it was probably owner error! LOL! I would absolutely bring any of my vehicles there again. Thank you M & B!
