James Fischer The young lady at the counter was awesome... sweet, kind, and patient. They had a problem with the air compressor but still got the job done. Ariel was my mechanic, and she did a great job. I cant recommend everyone who works here, BUT THESE 2 WERE GREAT! They also provide a phone charger for while you wait. They have complimentary mini can Coke products. Nice clean bathroom.

Toby Williams This is a great shop! Fair Prices and Quality work that they stand behind. Marc Sheppard has been phenomenal with my 6.7 Powerstroke that I recently inherited from my late Dad. Empire Automotive will be the only ones that touch it in the future.

Stefanie Smith Had a great experience with jc auto repair. Took my car in to get checked out cause it was loud when I hit the gas. They told me I had a broken pipe and they ordered the part. So I told them I get the car after work and bring it back when the part comes in. When I went to pick it up after work they told me its fixed already . They really nice people and helped me out. Tried to tip them but they dont except tips. lol.

JBJ Poultry Excellent service !! 5 stars. Had an alignment done on the front end of my vehicle. Fast, efficient at a very reasonable cost. I was provided in detail the problem, what caused it and shown in detail how it was fixed. Super nice people, easy to work with. Highly recommended ! Kalei Heath Ok so I took my dodge in for an alternator issue and man was it pricey. It’s absolutely not their fault though it’s just a classic dodge surprise! It came with a 12k mile warranty. Yesterday my car threw the battery light while driving and I just knew it had to be that alternator. The battery was brand new and tested to ensure it was in working condition. I had to hobble my car to precision auto care on hopes and crossed fingers. It made it there and he told me i was at 10k miles of the warranty so it would be covered. I thought that I’d still have to pay for them to replace it which really had me stressing. All I had is a motorcycle to rely on which is great but not when storms are expected within the next couple of days. These people took my car in and had it out same day at zero cost. I can’t even explain how much they really saved the day for me. They didn’t cause any hassle, they didn’t try to rip me off, they are amazing! Really great service compared to every single mechanic shop I’ve ever taken my car to. These are trustworthy people and if anything ever goes wrong with my car, that’s who I’m taking it to! Thank you again!!!!

nicole douglas I dropped my car off this morning and got it back the same day fixed and ready to go. The price was more affordable that the 3 other places I checked! Everyone was nice and the service was very quick. I will definitely be back if I ever need vehicle maintenance again.

James Lewis Ashton was a life saver for me today. I’ve been dealing with no A/C for about 2 months now, and have been trying to figure it out myself since it went out. But I finally had to give in and take it to a shop for professional help. His prices were more than fair and he was able to diagnose, order parts, and install parts all within a working day. I couldn’t ask for better service, especially in this field of work, when it’s sometimes hard to trust mechanics. I will 100% go back to him if to have anything done to my car that I can’t figure out myself. Thanks again Ashton.
