3 days ago my wife was driving home from work and an object came through her driver side windshield and landed on her lap. She walked away safely with no injuries besides a few minor cuts from the glass. Luckily we had a clear ceramic tint on her windshield that I truly believe slowed down the object and prevented it from causing major injuries.
The next day we called around to get estimates and possible dates they could replace the windshield. I found AGCs website through google and decided to give them a call also. Billy was very helpful and friendly. He called both of their locations to see if the had the windshield in stock and luckily they did. The price was similar to all the other places we had called. Ultimately we decided to go with them because they were able to replace the windshield sooner than other companies. The next day (Friday) Billy called me to confirm our appointment, price, and after they inspected the windshield for any cracks or imperfections. Saturday morning Billy gave me a called 30 minutes before our appointment to confirm we were home and they showed up on time. Billy and Damian (another employee) were great, easy to talk to,very friendly and compassionate about my wifes accident. They finished the job in an hour. I had already vacuumed as much glass as possible but while they were replacing the windshield more glass fell out but the room the time to vacuum as much as they could. They answered all of my wifes questions and told her to wait 30 minutes to give the glue they used to dry before she could drive anywhere.
They have 2 locations. One in Belton and the other on Fort Cavazos. They service a large area of the central Texas area - from Austin up to Waco. The replace windshields, fix cracks, window tinting and car detailing. Overall it was a great experience and if I ever need any of these service I definitely will be returning customer.
