Isaiah Shean Was living in Temple for a year while mobilized for the military. As a service advisor/auto tech on the civilian side of my life, it is very hard to trust another shop that is not my own that I work for. I tried one place prior to Christian Brothers and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next and only shop I used the rest of the year I was here was this Christian Brother facility. My first interaction was with Spencer up front and to be honest he reminded me a bit of myself when it came to customer service. They always got me right in, Spencer and the other guys up front were always kind, I never had drips after having the oil changed, knowing the position I was in they never tried to sell me any unnecessary things. I always left feeling like they did a good job and I never had to worry. Appreciate the assistance, and was glad I didn’t have to worry about changing my own oil while I was down here. Thank you! If I’m ever back this way, this is where I’ll go.

Carl L. Sublett Customer service oriented. Owner is candid and offers sound advice. He’s professional, and he’s understanding of life’s adversities in dealing with motor vehicles. If you want quality service based on your needs, then you must take your car to international motors.

Aaron Nawrocki Big John’s was recommended to me by the insurance company, and I’m sure glad they did. After a short scan or other reviews, I decided to take my truck to them. I was hit by a drunk driver, so that guys insurance was being used to fix my truck. Of course, insurance companies want to save money and short cut some repairs, but Big John’s wasn’t influenced by their tactics and refused to do it the cheep way, making sure my truck was fixed the right way. When I picked up my truck I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. The entire drivers side of my truck was damaged, and after they were done you’d never be ablet to tell without looking at the records. Very high quality work and if I ever need body work done again, Big John’s is the only place I’ll take my vehicle. Highly, highly recommended.

James Fischer The young lady at the counter was awesome... sweet, kind, and patient. They had a problem with the air compressor but still got the job done. Ariel was my mechanic, and she did a great job. I cant recommend everyone who works here, BUT THESE 2 WERE GREAT! They also provide a phone charger for while you wait. They have complimentary mini can Coke products. Nice clean bathroom.

Angeles Villegas I am so thankful for Adrian’s Garage for the service that they provided. My head right light was out and a lady came to me and checked it out and said let me call my husband to check it out. He did and it started working except the long lights, so thank God he had the replacement and installed it without me having to get off my truck in a drizzly day. I highly recommend this Shop. Linda Hill I took my sons truck there to fix the ABS issue. They werent able to get to it on the day that I brought it, but was considerate & honest in letting me know that it would be the following day. As promised, it was taken care of and they called me to let me know it was done. I felt the service/pricing was outstanding. (it even ended up being a few dollars less than quoted) It puts my mind at ease to know that theres an auto repair place that is dependable and honest -- very hard to find anymore. They came highly recommended by a few different people that I know and in addition, over a year ago I took my Nissan in for a small issue that I was concerned about and they looked at it and didnt charge me because it was probably owner error! LOL! I would absolutely bring any of my vehicles there again. Thank you M & B!

Kimberly Stephens I went to my local dealership to got a quote for a thermostat for $700. I went to this location because I remember how he took care of me when I stopped for an oil change one morning. He quoted me a better price and I got my brakes done plus an oil change. I love the customer service and how he takes care of his customers. He remembered me and that meant a lot to me. I love the feel of importance and being catered to. Thank you again
