3 /5 Aneet Jandir: The hosptial took good care of my dad, however when he first came in the morning around 9am / 10 am , he did not get a bed until 12 am. As for discharge we have been waiting for more than 2 hours and they told us to get ready for discharge but yet no doctor has signed the discharge paper for the past two plus hours. Unacceptable.

1 /5 Dennis Cruz: They will cancel your appointment without notice, have you reschedule it, have you wait for 2 hours and say sorry... We had you as a no-show, the appointment was cancelled.

1 /5 Amanda Roman: Dr Amanda Walter’s seemed pleasant during my first two visits, however she seems inexperienced and lacks a desire to connect with her patients on a personal level . She lacked confidence in review of my sonogram . She brought no attention to my low lying gestational sac in my uterus, although I read that these pregnancies are more prone to miscarriages, which is exactly what happened 1 day after my ultrasound . Never once did she follow up with me . Only had nurses call on her behalf to just give me unclear instructions with a lack of follow through on finding the right answers . Dr Mirto from the Pflugerville location forgot our conversation for a blood work panel and canceled it even though we discussed it during our visit. Each time I would call, there would be confusion and I would never receive answers to all my questions . I was transferred 5 different times in my last call asking if a sample was viable to bring in and where to take it . Never got an answer . The last transfer was to a an endless ring . Ended up throwing my sample away and gave up on finding more information about why I miscarried . I wasn’t well supported during a difficult time and therefore I won’t go back .

1 /5 Vee Rodriguez: They canceled my appointment 2 weeks before. After having my appointment on the books for 2 weeks now, they decided they no longer wanted to have new patients. This is my FIRST pregnancy and I am traveling in 2.5 weeks. I have a lot of medical issues and needed my FIRST appointment secured before hand. Now I have no idea what to do and no one will take me now since the wait times to get an appointment with anyone is ridiculous. We had been calling around almost everyday to see if we could get in even sooner than that, with no success. Maybe grandfather in people you had already booked or actually assisting them with a secured appointment before dropping them? The "no new patients" policy you decided to put in effect TODAY should apply to those who havent scheduled yet. Great way to cause a pregnant women so much stress and anxiety.

Ms. Monica Mann pushed her personal beliefs onto my family and when we did not agree and asked to speak with another pediatrician, she threatened to file us for medical medical neglect to the state if we did not comply with her. The birth of our daughter was supposed to be an exciting moment for our family, but with the chaos she caused we did not get to fully enjoy welcoming our daughter into the world. It has been over a year since the incident has happened and are still upset with our experience. We spoke with other staff members who also agreed we had every right to feel violated. We spoke with the director of the hospital even and she expressed her remorse and would follow up with us about the course of action they would take. Still waiting for that phone call…
